Whether building neighborhood or outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, recreational facilities, retirement communities with site amenities, golf course clubhouses, or sports facilities, we aspire to meet the needs of the community. With the construction of Bradford Hall, a community center by Del Webb, we are proud to be one of the winners of the Southeast Construction’s Best of 2008 award, honoring excellence in construction and design within the region.
The numerous swimming facilities completed include the Meadowmont Swimclub, Weldon Ridge, Cary Park Center, North Hills Swim Club, UNC Golf Facility, Knightsplay Golf Clubhouse, Inside/Out Sports complete with an indoor pool, the Briar Chapel Community Center, Morrisville Community Park & Jelly Beans.
